What is involved in changing spark plugs on a 2004 Dodge Hemi?
Disconnect the negative battery cable. You may have to remove a cover over the engine. You will have four ignition coils mounted directly over four of the spark plugs with a wire from each one going to the other four plugs. Just be careful removing the coils and wires so you do not break the connections. The plugs themselves are easy to change.

you need a sparkplug wrench and new plus.do not over tighten.
