I have a Kia Sedona and had the spark plugs changed, but the wires leading into the spark plugs are not in the order they are supposed to be. 1,3,5 are supposed to be at the back and 2,4,6 towards the front, but on the wires infront it says 5,1,3. Is this going to cause a problem? Are wires all the same, so it doesn't make much difference where they go?

As long as the correct wire out of the coil is going to the correct plug, they could have any number on them they want. If its not misfiring, then leave them be. It WAS unprofessional to do that, however.

Does it run and drive? If so, it does not matter what # is printed on the wire....the plug can't read.
As long as the plug is connected to the proper coil it will be fine
