How often should i change my spark plugs and spark plug cables?

i own a shop, and you need to replace them at least every 60 thousand miles to keep the vehicle running at its best, and always replace the wires with the plugs, engines today run a lot hotter and the heat really gets to the wires on these newer cars, but i wouldn't go over 60 thousand with them, good luck,i hope this help,s.

most last up to 100000 other 70000 depends Toyota's are 100k
That depends on how you use the car. If the majority of the driving is around town at low speeds, they should be change more frequently. If only part of your driving is at high speed, they'll last a little longer. If all your driving is high speed, they'll last even longer.

Check the owner's manual that came with the car for the manufacturer's recommedations and adjust the time between spark plug changes according to your driving habits.
Regular resistor plugs replace every 10 to 15 thousand miles. Irridium plugs can go alot longer.
I would change them every 3000 miles but if your useing cheap gas 2000 miles
depends what kind of plugs and wires you use.some are made to last longer then others.
