Jack up and support the front of the vehicle on jackstands, with the stands positioned on the frame. Access cylinder #3 spark plug with a spark plug socket, universal flex-joint and LONG extension through the right side front wheel well. Hope this helps.

very hard.......it can be done, u may have to be inventive in the use of ur tools
