Does anyone know how to change the spark plug wires on a 1999 Ford F150 5.4L engine? I cant find any manuals on the internet with detailed explanations. Also, a picture diagram would be very helpful.|||you really don%26#039;t need a diagram, it%26#039;s simple. just take 1 off at a time and replace it with the same size wire then continue to do that 1 at a time untill you are finished.|||take the wires off one at a time and replace them one at a time, not very hard to do|||exaccery, additionally you could label each wire with marker or white out beforehand in case you get confused.|||You can buy a Chilton book in any auto parts store. That describe how to do it not big pictures but is there but also can help you for future issues.
If you replace the spark plugs wires don%26#039;t forget to change everything else if you haven%26#039;t done it like distributor cap and rotor plus spark plugs.
Someone suggested to take one by one that is a good idea for someone that never has done it. If you change the distributor cap you can also write with a permanent marker the spark plug number so you can keep track of where they suppose to be plug.
