if possible... put the scoot on a motorcycle lift..... remove right side cover, %26quot;loosen%26quot; air chamber cover and remove the plug..... be careful and accurate!!!! they are quite precisely made and leave little room for a %26quot;hammer and chisel%26quot; mechanic. If you use a gorilla approach... You will break lhings.

steff b's answer is the correct one, I just had a spark plug put in my super fever zx50 and the guy that I go to (who's a professor mechanic and has worked in the moped business for 15+ years) had to remove my seat.

also make sure the you don't need to replace your spark plug cap also. They are very cheap and easily to replace.

Remove the seat, and you should be able to see the spark plug cap. Remove the cap. You will need a spark plug remover. You can purchase one from a Auto Part store. However, there are several sizes. Now, you may have a large tool set that already have one.
You can also go to a service station and ask if a mechanic can take it out for you. (safer if you don't feel comfortable doing it yourself).
When replacing a Spark Plug, make sure that the gap is adjusted and also make sure that you are replacing it with the right Spark Plug.
