When i was changing the spark plugs on my 1997 ford E350 (triton V10 6.8L) i nocked loose an orange plug?

i think that it came from somewhere near the spark plug holes on the engine? what is it do i need and what does it do?





thanks|||sounds like a fuel injector plug maybe.|||if it has direct ignition ( a coil for every plug) it might have been the pig tail for the coil, and if I%26#039;m not mistaken the fuel injectors are next to the coil so it might have been that also.
